Custom Products and Designs: We sometimes offer custom products and designs that are made to order. Once you place an order, we will work with you to create a design that meets your specifications. Please note that custom products and designs are non-refundable.

Returns and Refunds: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. The customer is responsible for providing return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Final sale items cannot be returned.
